The Clinic Operation Supervisor’s main responsibilities are to make sure all the clinic activities including all services and research studies implemented through the Pribta Tangerine Clinic run smoothly and efficiently, through harmonized clinic database. The Clinic Operation Supervisor ensures all team members deliver health services in a client-centered and gender-sensitive approach with high quality. The Clinic Operation Supervisor is also responsible for facilitating technical assistance and trainings to all clinic staff.
1. Regularly identify clinic staff’s training needs.
2. Schedule and facilitate training sessions on HIV and sexual health as well as other related health issues, according to needs identified, for clinic team members.
3. On-spot supervise, coach, mentor and support clinic staff on duty.
4. Plan and facilitate quality assessment and quality improvement activities for all clinic staff.
5. Manage clinic staff roster to ensure sufficient members to provide clinical services with efficient overtime pay.
6. Provide and/or facilitate training, supervision, coaching, and mentoring to clinic staff on duty in data recording.
7. Routinely summarize clinic performance for quality assessment/quality improvement and business development tracking purposes.
8. Work with IT and Software Development Team to facilitate the development of a complete and efficient clinic database, which allows a smooth flow throughout every service, both for in-clinic and on telehealth platform(s).
9. Be a go-to person for all clinic staff when facing any challenges in clinic database, clinical facility, registration, laboratory, pharmacy and cashier systems.
10. Prioritize challenges, provide immediate solutions as appropriate, seek support from relevant teams, track and negotiate with relevant teams for timely solutions.
11. Arrange staff’s roster, roles and responsibilities.
12. Ensure adequate level of clinical supplies and inventory.
13. Prepare, renew and maintain appropriate clinic registration(s), both for in-clinic and telehealth services, with MOPH and NHSO.
14. Maintain filing system for all materials related to clinic registration(s), ready for inspection.
15. Supports in clinic administration duties and logistic arrangement
16. Coordination for all clinic activities
17. Oversee clinic’s social media.
18. Oversee clinic’s online and offline presence
19. Manage and coordinate with the Finance Team to ensure the stability of clinic’s financial status
20. Perform other tasks as assigned.
1. Master or Bachelor degree in public health, nursing, psychology, or a related field
2. Minimum 5 years as management, leader role experience with at least 3 years of related
3. Experience in conducting implementation science research is preferred
4. Experience in the role of overall administrative leading in hospital or clinic
5. Knowledge on HIV, AIDS, mental health, harm reduction, and SRH is preferred
6. Awareness of IHRI code of conduct
7. Strong knowledge in HIV prevention, care, and treatment along with other emerging health issues is prefered
8. Strong supervisory and mentoring skills and providing ongoing development of team members’ capacity.
9. Strong interpersonal/communicative skills both in Thai and English
