ภาคีเครือข่ายการดำเนินงานด้านเอชไอวี วัณโรค และโรคที่เกี่ยวข้อง ร่วมกับ IHRI ได้จัดประชุมหารือ “วางแผนดำเนินงานพัฒนาระบบที่จะนำไปสู่การมีระบบสุขภาพของไทยที่ยืดหยุ่นและยั่งยืน หรือ Resilient and Sustainable Systems for Health (RSSH)” ณ โรงแรมทีเค พาเลซ แอนด์ คอนเวนชั่น กรุงเทพมหานคร
การประชุมครั้งนี้มีผู้เข้าร่วมจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐ องค์กรภาคประชาสังคม สปสช. และองค์กรระหว่างประเทศมากกว่า 60 คน เข้าร่วมหารือ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อกำหนดเป้าหมายและยุทธศาสตร์การดำเนินงานด้านต่างๆ เพื่อนำไปสู่ระบบบริการสุขภาพที่ยืดหยุ่นและยั่งยืนของประเทศไทย ซึ่งต้องมีกลไกรองรับต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงของสังคมโลก พร้อมปรับตัวเพื่อตอบสนองต่อปัญหาสุขภาพของประชาชนได้ทันท่วงที สามารถรับมือกับโรคอุบัติใหม่ที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้นในอนาคต อีกทั้งมีการสนับสนุนให้ประชาชนมีส่วนร่วมในการดูแลและจัดการปัญหาสุขภาพในชุมชนของตนได้อย่างแท้จริง นำไปสู่ ระบบบริการสุขภาพด้วยหัวใจความเป็นมนุษย์ที่มีความเสมอภาคโดยมีคนเป็นศูนย์กลาง หรือ Equitable Humanized Health Care

December 1, 2022 | U=U: Equal healthcare system for all, people living with HIV equal everyone
The event was held on December 1, 2022 in order to demonstrate Thailand’s commitment in advocating U=U as a main strategy to end AIDS, through public communication and together commit that healthcare system must be equal for all and people living with HIV equal everyone. It hopes that this will raise public awareness adopting U=U messages, as an alternative perception of HIV, to combat stigma and discrimination related to HIV and gender diversity.

ผู้เข้าประกวด Miss LGBT 2023 เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเรียนรู้เรื่อง Safe Sex การป้องกันเอชไอวีและโรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์ และ Chemsex รวมถึงสุขภาพคนข้ามเพศ และการใช้ฮอร์โมนอย่างถูกวิธี ช่วงท้ายของกิจกรรม ผู้เข้าประกวดฯ ยังได้ใช้บริการที่คลินิกแทนเจอรีนเพื่อตรวจสุขภาพ และเยี่ยมชมการทำงานของคลินิกแทนเจอรีนอีกด้วย

ตัวแทนจากองค์กรชุมชน (community-based organization) ทั้ง 16 แห่ง (ภายใต้โครงการ EpiC 10 แห่ง และ โครงการ Global Fund 6 แห่ง) ที่ผ่านเกณฑ์ในการขึ้นทะเบียนเป็นหน่วยร่วมบริการของ สปสช. ได้เข้ายื่นเอกสารขอขึ้นทะเบียนต่อเลขาธิการ สปสช. แทนการทำสัญญารายปีตามเดิมที่เคยทำอยู่ และจะสามารถเริ่มเบิกจ่ายได้ตั้งแต่เดือน ตุลาคม 2565 เป็นต้นไป September 1, 2022

IHRI led by Dr. Jakkrapatara Boonruang, Kritima Samitpol and Pintusorn Getwongsa conducted a training on Strengthening Comprehensive Healthcare for Transgender People through the Tangerine Academy in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on August 29 – 31, 2022. This activity was funded by USAID PATH STEPS Project.

IHRI และ พริบตาแทนเจอรีน คลินิก ได้รับเกียรติจาก ผศ.นพ.สัญญา ภัทราชัย แพทย์อาสา RSA นพ.นิธิวัชร์ แสงเรือง ผู้ประสานงานเครือข่ายอาสา RSA และ ดร.นพ.บุญฤทธิ์ สุขรัตน์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักอนามัยการเจริญพันธุ์ กรมอนามัย พร้อมด้วยคณะทำงานจากสำนักอนามัย และทีม RSA ร่วมพูดคุยและแลกเปลี่ยนในเรื่อง การยุติการตั้งครรภ์อย่างปลอดภัย เพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ ในการให้บริการยุติการตั้งครรภ์ และยังได้ร่วมเยี่ยมชมคลินิกอีกด้วย

IHRI welcomed participants from Nepal and the Philippines to the 1st Asia Regional PrEP Champions Project. They were the first of the four countries to join a 5-day training from August 22- 26, 2022 at IHRI to empower key population members, health providers and government representatives to scale up PrEP services delivery in Nepal and the Philippines.
