We are seeking the Research Physician of IHRI is to provide medical services, including HIV and sexual health services, to patients/clients/participants who attend Pribta Clinic and/or other Community Health Centers working as partners of IHRI as part of routine services and/or research study/program implementation. The Research Physician is also responsible for providing technical advices to IHRI staff and health care providers who are partners of IHRI at provincial, national and regional levels.

1. Providing high quality HIV, sexual health, and other basic medical services as part of routine services and/or research study/program implementation.
– Clinical Services: Deliver HIV/STI, sexual and reproductive health services (including safe abortion care and contraception), harm reduction for substance use, mental health care, and other emerging medical services.
– Service Volume: Provide care to 40–100 clients per day, distributed among counselors, nurses, and physicians.
– Research Support: Serve as a protocol-specific research physician, providing HIV/STI care, PrEP long acting, and other research-related services. Responsibilities include clinical and laboratory assessments, eligibility screening, study product administration, participant follow-up, and management of adverse events.
– Research Participants: Number of participants varies depending on the study/project being conducted.
2. Reviews/updates knowledge needed for HIV, sexual health and basic clinical services.
3.Manages/guides/supports the development and implementation of efficient clinic flows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for routine services and/or research study/program implementation conducted by IHRI.
4.Provides inputs to the clinical procedures planned as part of clinical service/research study/program implementation protocols.
5.Understands related research study/program implementation protocols thoroughly and represents IHRI’s point of view effectively in the meeting with the Institutional Review Board/Ethical Committee, as required, or other governmental and non-governmental organizations/partners/donors.
6.Plays a supportive and partnership role to other colleagues and overall staff to ensure strategic & smooth running of overall business and all functions.

– จำนวนผู้รับบริการทั้งหมดต่อวัน: 40-100 รายต่อวัน (ผู้รับบริการจะถูกจัดสรรระหว่าง เจ้าหน้าที่ให้คำปรึกษาและดูแล พยาบาล และแพทย์)

– จำนวนผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการต่อวัน: แตกต่างกันไปตามโครงการที่กำลังดำเนินการ
2. ทบทวน/ปรับปรุงความรู้ที่จำเป็นสำหรับ HIV/STI สุขภาพทางเพศ บริการทางคลินิกและโครงการวิจัยอื่นๆ ที่กำลังเกิดขึ้น
3. จัดการ แนะนำ และสนับสนุนการพัฒนากระบวนการคลินิกที่มีประสิทธิภาพ รวมถึงการจัดทำ/ปรับปรุงมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงาน (SOP) สำหรับงานบริการทางคลินิกและโครงการวิจัย
4. ทบทวน พัฒนา ความรู้ด้านเอชไอวี สุขภาพทางเพศ และบริการทางคลินิกอย่างต่อเนื่อง และถ่ายทอดความรู้ผ่านการฝึกอบรม/การให้คำแนะนำ/การให้คำปรึกษา เพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะที่ทันสมัยให้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่ IHRI และผู้ให้บริการด้านการดูแลสุขภาพซึ่งเป็นพันธมิตรของ IHRI
5. ทำความเข้าใจระเบียบปฏิบัติ (Protocol) ของโครงการศึกษาวิจัย และสามารถเป็นตัวแทนเพื่อนำเสนอมุมมองของ IHRI ต่อคณะกรรมการจริยธรรม (IRB) องค์กรภาครัฐ พันธมิตร และเวทีการประชุมวิชาการ
6. สนับสนุนและร่วมมือกับเพื่อนร่วมงานและบุคลากรคนอื่นๆ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าองค์กรสามารถดำเนินงานได้อย่างราบรื่น
7. ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
1. Doctor of Medicine.
2. Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Human Subject Protection (HSP) Certificates or clinical research training is an advantage.
3. At least 1 year of experience in clinical services, including HIV and sexual health services, SRHR, abortion, contraception or experience working in NGOs.
4. Demonstrated sound theoretical and/or hands-on knowledge in the field of HIV clinical research.
5. Good English & Thai language communications, presentation, coaching, and training skills.
6. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Publisher, and Microsoft Word.
7. Knowledge in Key Population-Led Health Services concept.

4. มีความรู้เชิงทฤษฎีและ/หรือภาคปฏิบัติที่ดีในสาขาการวิจัยทางคลินิกเกี่ยวกับเอชไอวี
5. มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ การฝึกสอน และการฝึกอบรมเป็นภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาไทยที่ดี
6. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Publisher และ Microsoft Word ได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว
7. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในแนวคิดบริการสุขภาพที่นำโดยประชากรหลัก
