Clinic Operation Manager

The Clinic Operation Manager’s main responsibilities are to make sure all the clinic activities including all services and research studies implemented through the Pribta Tangerine Clinic run smoothly and efficiently, through harmonized clinic database. The Clinic Operation Manager ensures all team members deliver health services in a client-centered and gender-sensitive approach with high quality. The Clinic Operation Manager is also responsible for facilitating technical assistance and trainings to all clinic staff.

1. Regularly identify clinic staff’s training needs.
2. Schedule and facilitate training sessions on HIV and sexual health as well as other related health issues, according to needs identified, for clinic team members.
3. Manage clinic staff roster to ensure sufficient members to provide clinical services with efficient overtime pay.
4. Work with IT and Software Development Team to facilitate the development of a complete and efficient clinic database, which allows a smooth flow throughout every service, both for in-clinic and on telehealth platform(s).
5. Be a go-to person for all clinic staff when facing any challenges in clinic database, clinical facility, registration, laboratory, pharmacy and cashier systems.
6. Ensure adequate level of clinical supplies and inventory.
7. Prepare, renew and maintain appropriate clinic registration(s), both for in-clinic and telehealth services, with MOPH and NHSO.
8. Maintain filing system for all materials related to clinic registration(s), ready for inspection.
9. Supports in clinic administration duties and logistic arrangement
10. Coordination for all clinic activities

1. Minimum 5 years as management, leader role experience with at least 3 years of related
2. A minimum of 5 years in HIV, AIDS, counseling field is required
3. Experience in conducting implementation science research is preferred
4. Experience in the role of overall administrative leading in hospital or clinic
5. Knowledge on HIV, AIDS and especially key populations is preferred
6. Strong knowledge in HIV prevention, care and treatment for transgender people
7. Strong supervisory and mentoring skills and providing ongoing development of team members’ capacity
8. Strong interpersonal/communicative skills both in Thai and English
9. Skills on client-centered approach
10. Ability to analyze scenario and manage risks
